Is it possible if we can show customer ANI in TRoute instead of Genesys PRI number ?

Let me explain the scenario. Currently, strategy is configured of DTMF collection like if press 1 then it will TRoute to abc number and if select 2 then TRoute call to xyz number. Both numbers are external numbers - when call route to external number via TRoute then the called party can see Genesys PRI number instead of custimer. It is logical for me as Genesys is the originator call.

But is it possible if we can show customer ANI to TRouted party instead of Genesys PRI number ?

I dont know if it is possible but is it possible if we can pass CPN paramter with value whatever the ANI comes in strategy ?

Some Telcos allow that kind of modification but others don't, as by basic security. That depends more on your PBX/MEDIAGATEWAY capabilities and if your Telco allow that sort of "hack"
Imagine myself calling in behalf of you asking for ransom money or doing a bomb thread... Not very funny, right?

I agree, but TRoute is routing the call to external number of intra department .. and they are using Avaya.

Try it then, if sip is direct with Avaya shouldn't be a problem

But how can I force Genesys to forward customer number in TRoute  ???
