Esj doesn't pull emails

All Pop client emails are pulled into the email accounts except one
how can i trouble shoot
there are no error messages in the esj logs
emails  are sitting in the exchange server

Should be an error or something. Enable debug on that pop client

Currently Enable-debug is set to false for that pop-client

is that the one i need to set it to true
