genesys SDK geting statistics of VAG

hello ,

I have been working with genesys SDK and i am asked to collect statistics of each agent of a VAG but i am only getting a statistic for the whole group.
Any ideas ?

Using StatServer SDK you may need to gather the information for agents that match the VAG query and then get the stats for them.
If you are monitoring the group then that is what you will get.

I see what you mean but i have multiple VAGs with different queries and i want to make a sample of code that do this work for all of them.Assuming that i have
1000 (may be a lot more) agents within the first VAG and 1000 within the second implementing this solution is time consuming (the execution time will be slow)

Why? That is why you create functions...
For each...?
What you ask is not an easy task, therefore the solution will not be simple.
