GVP call recording - two files

Hello!
I am using GVP 8.1 for call recording, evrething is fine except one thing: every time the call arrives to the T-Server_SIP call ecording starts, and after call is disconnected, there are two files in the GVP recording category, one with the recording, and another is 0KB file.
Also I configured T-Server to name record files as ConnID-$ConnID$, and the actual file names in the GVP recording category is like ConnID-$ConnID number$ - and the 16 numbers in hex like 00020023-100003E9 (seems like it is MCP Session ID).
So the question is what should i do to get only one record  file, with name i configured? Did anyone see something like that?

I have not seen anything like this. But I use another application to record calls, it is considered an espionage, reliable application that always records everything that is required.

The two file have the same name (or almost)? Have you tried using the GUID or UUID instead of ConnId ? (ConnId may not be unique depending on your architecture)
What are your SIP Server recording options? How is it configured?

in MCP,
according to youre recording type MSML or NETANN,

in section [MSML/NETANN]

check 'record.appenduniqueid' option.

true means additional number
