Hi people,

In our environment, we have an issue that in some reports, the service column shows NONE instead of the service name set using an attach data.

When i traced some of those calls, i noticed that it happens when the call is transfered to a third party IVR using a RP with an strategy to transfer it.

So the service name changes from "service_sales" to "ivr_A" and then when the Infomart looks at USER_DATA_CUST_DIM_1 table, it doesn´t find a match, so it returns NONE.

In CTL_UD_TO_UDE_MAPPING table, the attach data variable is set with propagation rule CALL.

When this call is sent to IVR, the customer chooses another service and then it returns to Genesys so connid stays the same.


For me, the best solution would be some configuration that sets that the attach data in infomart will only change when there is eventestablished and when the agent starts a transfer, no data on this call is updated.

Can anyone help me on that ?
