Agent can't make outbound call manually using Workspace

our agent used to make an outbound call from workspace normally by adding a prefix no before the customer mob no.
but now we deployed the Business Edition Premise and it is not working anymore.
whenever an agent try to make an outbound call, it doesn't call the number, as it can't recognize the number.
how i can solve this one??

Which pbx? Which prefix? Does that prefix exists? Talk to your Genesys admin guy and implementator. This is too generic to know what to look for.
