Whether Adding Agent group object to agent view is possible ?

Whether it is possible to add the agent group object to the agent views.?

To get the total count of the statistical values for the objects present in the group at the bottom of the views.

Now currently when we select the agent group and Agents, Currently voice template had been displayed. And it shows only voice media related details. We need to display for email media.

Similarly whether it is possible to display total count for Interaction Queues and virtual Queues. ?

Update on this.

We can able to get the total on the stat values by adding [b]Agent group[/b] object and [b]Queue group[/b] object with the respective agent objects and queue objects for creating the real-time views using Agent & Queue templates.

But for interaction Queues it is not possible.

Note: The total value will give count for the entire objects present in the group.

That is the particular templates i made applicable to both Objects and Group Objects. Kindly looking forward for your possible suggestions.?

sorry misread the thread, yes you can have individual and group VQs in the same view
