Unable to connect to WFM Database

Hi All,

We are trying to run the Database utility but, we are getting the error message as Unable to connect to database. •Oracle Client 11g is installed
•Oracle OLE DB Provider 11g installed
•DAP is created with Database details
•Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 or higher is installed on the host.
•WFM server, WFM DA  and DBU is of 64 bit.
•Restarted the host after installing the DBU as well.

All the above is done, still not able to connect to WFM database.
