Genesys Pulse ignores growing Time Profile

Hi everyone!
I'm experiencing an issue with loosing one hour of daily statistics. Our Start Server and client are in a different Time Zones.
I've created a new Time Profile:  Test,Growing:23:00

The main idea is to reset statistic on one hour earlier, when client's local time is 00:00.

But Stat Server still resets statistic at 00:00 (server time) when client's time is 01:00 AM.

What did I do wrong?  :-[

have you tried in stats server for CCPulse?

TimeProfiles
CollectorDefault
23:00+0:15

instead of

TimeProfiles
CollectorDefault
0:00+0:15

i've not had the issue you have so haven't tried this

Seems like CCPulse app is not configured on that server, so couldn't connected. We only use Pulse in GAX.
I don't see any difference between CollectorDefault and Default, values are the same. But if I change CollectorDefault to "23:00+00:15" it might affect on other clients.

As far as I remember, when you change an existing Time Profile, you have to restart Stat Server... did you create it as 00:00 and then changed to 23:00?

I'll try that today. Thanks.
I didn't change any existing Time Profile, I created a new one with the value that I need.

Hi everyone,
Restarting genesys service doesn't help at all. I had to restart whole server. This is ridiculous ;D
Why is it not working "on the fly" like other application options  ???

Makes no sense.
No need to restart anything. Your logs should show the StatServer modification/creation, if OK then will work.
All you need to restart is the client, CCPulse, Pulse, etc, to read values from StatServer again.
If you have the logs then you will see what failed before.

you can create other instances of stats servers and use that for other instances of CCPulse, this way you can change your stats to suit your needs
so create stats server AA  then create a CCPulse AA and connect them
