Phone Number based Do Not Call List

Hello Everyone,

I search the forum for this subject but I stuck in somewhere that I cant figure out. My problem is creating a phone number based dnc list. Genesys documentation explains it on customer_id parameter.

Is there any different documentation about this issue or can anyone help me?

The same table is used for both Customer ID and Phone Numbers. From the manual:
[i]OCS reads all of the records from this table and populates two separate buffers in memory with unique values from the phone field and from the customer_id field[/i]
