is it possible to know how many ERS are consumed in a particular time ?count of ERP pool at any give time ?

Jummm nope as far as I know, they are not sort of monitored...
Why would you need that? They don't consume licenses nor resources at all. So thumb up rule is create as much as you need them without any consideration.

got you, i see some transfer timeout in VHT application and was wondering if ERP's were not provided to it , from the pool we have....  but when checked with Genesys they wanted to increase transfer timeout in VHT - we have increased that we still get to see them. looking forward to increase the pool of ERP's. But before that just wanted to see if there is any direct way of ERP usage stats.
