License Server Error | Cannot read data from license server(-16,86)

Hi,

We are seeing a problem with connecting to Genesys from our CRM application - The only useful information that I see from the logs is given below -

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

And...which CRM? And how is integration done??
How are we supposed to guess your whole infra and even ask "Anyone faced this before?"

First step, did you check if your CRM is able to reach the server where you have your licences?
