Hi,

I am told by one of our engineers that GIS 7.1 cannot work with config server 7.2
Can someone please confirm it? It just does not make sense, since one thing I liked about Genesys is backward compatibility.

Worried,
Vic

According to Interoperability Guide it is not true. Before upgrade I was using GIS 7.1/7.2 in 7.2/7.6 configuration server without any problems.
