Dear All,

What is the kind of audio file to upload to ARM (in Audio Resources - GAX)
I'm tried with:
1. Audio File Type: Wave PCM (*.wav), Sampling Rate: 16bits, 48000Hz, Mono
2. Audio File Type: Wave PCM (*.wav), Sampling Rate: 16bits, 8000Hz, Mono
3. Audio File Type: Wave A-Law (*.wav), Sampling Rate: 16bits, 8000Hz, Mono
But all of them has a very bad sound quality when I hear by external call.

Can anyone recommend me what Audio File Type use for ARM and what software i can use to convert audio file?

Thanks all.

If you're uploading through GAX then any "wav" file will work, GAX will automatically create multiple format files in the storage location to cover different codecs used in inbound calls (pcma, pcmu etc).  If you're getting poor quality I would say it's in your original files, or it's an issue with your MCP pool in general.

What happens if you download the files from the GAX server and listen to them?
