Hi guy,

I'm a new member in Genesys system.
I trying enable debug mode in IRD, but it did not worked?
IRD show warning in configuration tab:
---------------
Status: No routing points specifed
Details: there are no DNs of routing point type
Action: add necessary routing points under corresponding switch in configuration.
---------------------
Please help me, What can I do?

I have also got that message even at production state. Be sure your IRD is not left open for too long
Try to reset it
Verify connection to TServer
URS and IRD should have the same message server in their connections tab

Why not try to do what IRD complain about - define some routing point on tserver/switch the URS used for debugging is connected to, and load debugged strategy on this RP?

I'm already do it, but error still there. I think I must add IRD object connection to Message Server (to enable monitoring and debugging of
strategies). But I don't remember where I can do it.

Just add it into the Connection tab, both URS and IRD must share same message server.
But your message is different, error is another

Yes, the error is another.
I already double check, both URS and IRD is same message server

Which other connections do you have in your URS?

Originally referred error message is about Routing points.
And also they are URS instance specific - you select on loading view some URS instance first and after that you can get "diagnostic" about this URS instance.
Do you see in IRD in loading view under selected URS any TServer(s)?
Do you see under any of those tserver any list of DNs?
In short (it is not about any debugging) - could you load some strategy on some RP for the URS you going to use for debugging?
If you could do you still get this specific messages: Status: "No routing points specified" or there is some other error message?

How many Tservers/SIPServers/InteractionServer  do you see in IRD connection list?
Make sure that ALL of them have at least one DummyVRP defined under the DN folder.
