What's the current state of play with Post Call Surveys

Cav, I see a few years ago you posted that you were deploying the eTalk Survey product.  How is that now, in 2018?  How does the licencing cost for it compare to the other Qfiniti stuff (Observe etc), or to the Genesys PS product?

What are the various methods people are currently using?  In our market the current leaning has been to transfer the call across to a third party survey provider's IVR.

Well, Qfiniti was a pain in the ass to deploy as not even their support knew how it worked. I had to modify it in order to make it work. Time and effort was not worth it.
Now what I do is to create the surveys on GVP, via a "product" I created. Easier to deploy and faster.
About pricing I have no clue, as I never used the Genesys or any other as my solution has been quite enough for customers requirements so far.

GVP surveys are the simplest way to do it; however, most recently we have moved to SMS the link to ANI instead. We found it to be much more effective as well no need to get PS.
