      <OS Name="Windows Server 2012" CfgOSType="17"/>
      <OS Name="Windows Server 2016" CfgOSType="17"/> *****this is the line
      <OS Name="Windows 7"/>
      <OS Name="Windows 10"/>

But if 2016 is not a supported server Os, why force it? You may find problems later with it

No idea, but if you manage to do install it,  then use the latest version available (8.0.200.06). Otherwise newer WDE version might not be able to load the dynamic module LyncCCExtensionModule.... Assemblies issue. Rgds.
