Hi All,

We recently upgraded stat server 8.5.110,05 in our test environment.
What all the possible validations can be done before moving it to production?

Thanks in advance.

??? ???
Be sure your client apps work.
load it with heavy requests

However, a prd environment is still quite different, so be ready to a undo asap if anything goes wrong

Test, test, test.  Anything and everything that uses it - URS, WFM, CCPulse etc and check all stats within those apps.  Is that the most recent General release?

It would be more common to experience a fault with the deployment process than to have a fault with SS itself, that is one of the more stable Genesys components.

Read all of the release notes between the two versions and check that no stat definations have changed (unlikly) and that you understand the impact of each point in the release notes.

I would disagree with that...have been many times scenarios where a StatServer used for historical may present issues and one for real time not, just because one accepts connection as backup and the other not, or the sdata creation...StatServer  is not what I would tell most stable one...
