Hi Team,

I have a scenario,

one routing sip server and one agent sip server.

First leg - call from customer reaches Routing sip server(all treatments applied, and right agent in agent sip server is found for routing) - ISCC successful - agent receives the call - successful

Second leg - agent does single blind transfer to route point in Agent SIP server - strategy gets executed (ring-back was heard when strategy is executing) - call is routed to agent - but there is no ring-back played to customer when it is ringing to Agent.

Note : if Agents clicks Answer call in WDE, the call is established . If Agent not clicks the Answer call, after 5 seconds the call is disconnected.

I feel, there is problem in ring back treatment.

SIP options:
ring-tone-on-make-call = true
ring-tone-make-call = true
ring-tone = music/ring_back/alaw.wav
ringing-on-route-point = true
sip-ring-tone-mode = 1
