Hi everyone,

This may be a generic question but, has anyone integrated google cloud speech to text with genesys for capturing ivr and agent segments for analytical purpose? We are looking to capture ivr segment in real time and historical for agent leg. Thanks.

MCP last release already supports Google integration.
What is exactly your question?
