Hi, gurus,

anyone has encountered a problem with Avaya G3 TServer where it registers an external routing point but in fact it does not?

We are eveluating TServer 7.0 for G3 and it does not allow us to transfer data from one site to another. ISCCEventError keeps popping up. We had it working fine in G6.1. At first, we thought that MAYBE there is an element that we keep forgetting to set, but we have checked, doubled checked and even triple checked our code to no avail. Then we checked the developer manual and everything seems to be in order.

Has anyone attempted a call transfer across a multisite tserver environment using G7 tserver for G3?

many thanks in advance.

  • We do this in a 6.5 Avaya G3 environment with no issues what so ever, so it sounds as if V7 may have added a new "feature" somewhere.

Ok, this is a world enown problem with the earlier G7 release of TServer for G3. Version later than 7.0.206.01 should have this problem fixed.
