NR reason codes

Hi! We are using WWE for agents and teamleaders but think of turning agents to WDE.

We decided to leave teamleaders at WWE as it has My Agents functionality where teamleader can see whole team with their statues and reasons (if NR status).

The issue is that when agent uses WDE his/her statuses:
1) are not managed by teamleader (he/she can still see the statues but can not change at My Agents view)
2) NR reasons are not displayed at teamleader's My Agents view

Is there any solutions to have WDE agents statues being managed by teamleader through My Agents view at WWE?
