Hello,

We are using CCPulse v8.0 and Statserver v8.1.
There is a requirement for a change to a statistic in the statserver after which we will restart both primary and backup.
Is there method to use that would prevent the CCPulse statistics from resetting to 0 after the restart?
My plan was to make the changes on the primary, then stop and start it. then repeat for the backup.
I thought it was possible to ensure data is retained if we make the change during the opening hours.
if not then we will have to just do it after closing time

thanks,

Data is stored at SS memory...no persistence/DB. So a reset cleans it up.

Check the concept of Persistent Statistics
