Genesys Pure Engage On Prem to Genesys PureCloud (Genesys Cloud)

We have different LOB running set of IVR's and Routing Strategies (with 1000 agents all over). We are using genesys pure engage on prem and we are planning to move to Genesys Cloud, i am very new to cloud and i have some questions and your answer would be helpful?

1. As the pure cloud is completely new product, how we can use the existing VXML (developed using composer) and Strategies (IRD Based) to Genesys Cloud? Do we need to create everything from scratch using architect callflow in cloud?

2. We have business related backend API services running in on-prem, If we are buying license for pure cloud, can we deploy(after converting spring boot microservices) our API services in the same cloud space? Or do we need to deploy api services separately in another cloud space?
