Hi anyone knows about those resigned ID in CME can it be deleted permanently? If yes, will it impact the real time reporting?Or impact anything?

    • Can you please define "resigned"?
    you mean agents who quit?

    Well, of course you can delete them, but you better be careful abotu your reporting, because, if you are using CCA, you will get in a lot of trouble if you try to synchronize with config server.

    What kind of reporting are you using?
