GIR - Muxer not muxing calls

I have installed and configuered additional muxer application to target particulat date and time ( configurable value)

configuered parameter in the muxer.cfg file :
call_recording_query_string =startTime=1600585200000&endTime=1600671599000



muxer start and exists with the below error message

Hi

I do not know if that is exactly the problem but you are trying to mux 24 hours and the recommendation is that the window is not more than 12 hours, so I would recommend you adjust that parameter and try again.
