Hi my genesys wde close to pairing with CRM via browser.
I believe that there is a denial of service when coupling with my CRM.
I use microsoft dynamics crm 365

So...check your WDE logs.
Whatever component that you are using to integrate with your CRM should have some sort of logs.

I will share the logs with you, otherwise when I checked the Windows Event Observer at the time I saw that the kernelbase dll module was faulty and I also noticed the presence of a w32 / generics kdz.daab trojan! tr that I suspect to be responsible through a denial of service.

Otherwise the WDE GENESYS without the CRM works fine, it is when you click on login on after entering the connection information on the CRM where Windows closes the banner.
When you clear the cache and temporary files it runs for a while or until the machine is restarted.

Is there a way to add an image? I have the logs in picture

Seems the problem is at your DLL...From where did you get it or who developed it?
You will have to troubleshoot with them.
