Can anyone know does all the Genesys solution component ver 6.5 support XP? Iwould like install in my notebook. Thanks

    • The server components do not run on XP. What are you looking to install on your laptop - the whole system, or just the clients (i.e. CCPulse, CME, etc.) Also, are you a customer or a partner? The answer to both of those questions will let me answer *your* question even better. :)

    if you can provide your email, I have a .PDF from Genesys that shows what applications are supported on what OS base.
