Hi All,

I am not sure wheather i m posting my query at right place or not.

I hav installed 6.5 and studied some of part of it but having some issues running the new strategy developed.

I hav created one simple strategy which targets to a specific agent say eg 'xxxxx' using Routing Obejct Selection.

But when i load and run this strategy i m getting eventerror in URS log as 'Target set not ACD agent'. I am not able to understand wht this error means.

If you have any idea about this pls let me know.

  • Is the agent's phone extension configured in Config Manager? If so, is the actual phone configured as an ACD phone, with AST's?
