Can anyone tell me where to find information on creating my own Brio templates. I have previously used the RG Assistant in CC Analyzer, but since we upgraded to 6.5 it doesn't appear to work.

I only need to know how to create an EIS that allows intergers of 15 mins rather than daily timesteps. The rest I already know (ish).

Cheers

Are you referring to Brio Custom Reports, or not?

  • Yep!

E.g. I want a custom agent report the same as the existing templates but I need to run it at 15 min timesteps.

Sounds like you need to copy your RGA .bqy file into the one of the following, and run it from there:

The root directory of your Brio executable
The same directory as your connection (.oce) file

Try both of these and let me know how you get on.

I had problems with trying to get RGA 6.5 to work. You need to use 6.5.2 RGA. What is your current version?

BTW: has anyone tried modifying Genesys templates? I tried to do it, but... for some reason I could not find any objects!!! Is it possible???

We are on v 6.2.3.60. I suppose this will mean an upgrade to Brio?

You should get the latest Genesys templates for Brio. Not new Brio :)
I would go with 6.5.2 it works for us :)

    Phil,

just ask your vendor to provide you with an updated version. It should not cost you anything if you are paying those yearly support fees (and Genesys requests that everyone pay...)
