Pulse Agent Login Status

Hi Experts here,

Currently we have agents with 3 channels (Voice/Email/Chat). But on pulse status only reflect Ready status when Agent ready on all channels. One channel on not ready (eg:Chat) and Agent status shows not ready even though other channels are ready. Is there anyway we can seperate agent login status to shows by media type seperately? Is there any way to make it Ready when Agent is ready on one of the channels? Please advise if there any way to make it. I have seen on Genesys course that ccpulse can able to shows seperate channels status but couldn't find on pulse.
we are using stat server ver 8.5 and pulse 9.0

Be sure to select "Add Media" checkbox and the Statistic is the ExtendedCurrentStatus
