Replacement for SCDR in 6.5?

Hi,

Some time ago (in the days of 5.1) we had a tool with an ODBC link to the SCDR Table to be able to monitor and report on Agent Calls (DNIS, ANI, Duration, Type of Call etc).

I have recently been asked to revisit this tool only to find that SCDR is no longer updated in 6.5.

Dumb questions of the day are: What (if anything) replaced SCDR? Is there a tool for call logging out there somewhere?

Any help, as always, greatly appreciated!

Tony

  • howdy Tony, are you talking about the tables used by statserver that can be enabled to track agent and queue status? I am not sure, but I rember using Agent Pulse in an outbound setup with Campaign Manager. I'll be interested to learn the answer as well.

I guess I didn't explain too good on my original note. I have an Access dB application which relies on an ODBC Link toa Table called SCDR. This tool can be utilized to view Agents dialled numbers (Outgoing). I can't find reference to SCDR anywhere in 6.5 and worndered if it could still be set up.

In short, no, I do not have an SCDR table and I can't find (on the Genesys site) where/how to set it up to be able to capture ANI data for Agents Outgoing (not Outbound, which is obviously a whole other thing).

Does anyone know where the instructions might be...?

    Hi, Tony,

SCDR is still there in 6.5. You should have the table, no question about it. RmtDN would it not be the number dialed?

There wasn't actually a 6.5 version of Call Concentrator it was still the 6.1 release. Look in 6.1 documentation, and in the Reporting 6.1 Reference Information for Call Concentrator on page 26 you'll see the explanation of the SCDR table. The configuration/installation document will explain how to set it up.

I'm assuming you're licensed for Call Concentrator - it isn't included with the rest of the reporting software, it's an addon option.
