Agents using WDE/transfer calls in SIP Business Continuity

Hello,

We have a dual HA SIPServer deployment (with business continuity).
Agents are using WDE (v8.5).
in scenarios where they want to transfer the calls we have set up routing points which play a (IRD) strategy that routes the call to a target skill.
The problem we have is that when the agents are searching for the routing point, either by number or alias -rp objects for both sipserver/sites are presented. The agents dont know which switch/site they are logged into and should not have a choice regardless of this.  Agents do have a preferred site (some will be site A, some site B) but if this goes down they will connect to the working site.  If they type in the routing point number and make the call, it does work- presumably this auto selects the site switch RP the agent is logged into.
Our ideal is agents can search for alias and only RP is presented that they can use to make the transfer.
I am interested in knowing how others using this deployment have managed this.
Corporate favourites has been suggested, but doesnt this give the same issue where RPs appear but in a more user friendly way.

thanks.

In your strategy you can check the origin Switch, if it is not the correct one, you transfer to the other RP on the other switch.
At least that is how I remember to handle such situation
