Genesys Pulse Formula/reasoncode

Hello...
Im trying to configure the pulse to show the reasoncode on the reports not as the codes itself, but as a string...
TOday I have some reasons codes from 1 to 30. So when the agend set any pause, on Pulse is returned the number, not a string.

If the reason code for lunch time is 30, on Pulse it return 30 on the widget.

Reading about, I found that I could create inside of each reason code, in the annex, a section named Interaction-Workspace with an options named reason-extension-key and the value can be a string, but even after configured the option, Pulse still not show the Pause as Lunch, but 30.

Do i need to create some formula for that?
If yes, how it should be?
