eServices Components startup file locations

Hi everyone,
I'm currently deploying 8.1.3xx eServices (email only) and I'm juggling with the startup files created in the application's directory prior to switch to the log file configured in CME. For Universal Contact Server for instance, ContactServerDriver.exe is launched and reads the ContactServerDriver.ini file wich creates a short ContactServerDriver_<time_stamp>.log in the current directory.

Would anyone know how to redirect this file to a separate directory ? I was hoping to add this sort of parameters within the INI file itself, but could not find the actual option to set... If anyone could help me on this...
