Good evening Genesys crowd!

I have a question about how to handle a stored procedure which either returns either some data or nothing in an XDATA statement.
As all of you are probably aware, if stored procedure returns NULL, URS stops processing the strategy and defaults the call to PBX.

Yes, you have heard it right it does not use the red port on XDATA object as it is supposed to. How can I prevent URS from defaulting the call without modifying the strategy?

    • I asked because it never happened to me.
    I do not know if this is related to your problem, but the version 6.5.107 is solving following issue:

    URS no longer ignores null values in database lookup results. (ER #44116)
