In our call center, each one of our supervisors has their own CCP/storage directory where they store their .stg files. One of those files is thresholds.stg . Is it possible to share thresholds.stg by placing it on a networkeddrive while keeping the rest of the templates? Would this cause some problems?

Also, is it possible to overwrite thresholds.stg file with another one without overwriting the rest of the .stg files?

  • You define the location of all .stg files in the CCPulse(+) Application within CME, under the Options tab.

There are quite a few ways of doing this but in essence, you may have problems if you allow all Users to modify the Thresholds .stg file. If your staff are used to updating their own stats, you might want to consider removing that level of access and re raining them so that they don't even try to update it.

Remember that there are 3 levels of access check the CCPulse(+) User Guide to see what level gives which access and make yourself an informed decision!
