Hi all,

I've created and activated 42 new Layouts in DMA.

Is anybody know why ETL Assistant detect all these new layouts, but creates tables in DATA MART just for the 19 first !!!

Indeed, I can see the 23 others layouts in ETL Assistant (the last activated), but there isn't tables created for them...

Why the ETL don't see these layouts ? How can I say to the ETL that there are others layouts ?

Thanks,

toumtoum

1. I have found it can take up to 4 days for all of the Layouts to become available via ETL Assistant.

2. I would not have tried to activate so many Layouts in one go you may find that the java sessions will over ide one another and the Layouts will not be created, as another Java session kicks in.

3. If you ever get the chance, I would start over and only add 10 Layouts per day that should give the ETL sessions the chance to load up all of the correct Layout schemas, over the time period specified in the .jar and .properties files.

I'm sure there is more you can do but it was very ambitious to try to load up 42(!) Layouts in one go...

  • Thanks for your answer Tony :)

    Indeed, maybe it was ambitious...

Do you think if I desactivate the layouts which are ignored by the ETL and reactivate them... it will be ok ?

If you reactivate them all and introduce them maybe 58 at a time, each day, I think that should be OK.
