Hi, I have a question about ocs and license.

We have 200 inbound and 50 outbound license for our call center. Both OCS and URS are connected to the same T-Server. How do I tell Genesys which agents will use these 50 outbound license and which agents will use 200 inbound license?

My biggest worry is that both inbound and outbound license will be taken by every DN that is registered in CME. Am I wrong?

  • Outbound license will be consumed by agents logged and assigned into a AGroup which is associated to a campaign. Inbound will be also consumed by those agents who receive inbound licenses.
    You can configure N agents in CME. The matter is when they login.
