Genesys T server refusing certain connections

Hi Guys, I have a problem. Genesys T server is refusing certain connections. We connect via our CRM solution and connect in with the extension. The error we receive is "Warning: Registration dc attempt 3 of 10 failed on DN 12950 - next attempt will be made in 1910 msec"  This as I understand is indicating congestion between the switch. It is only affecting certain extensions. We currently use a lucent solution.

Any ideas...I am fairly new to genesys.

Thanks,

Cb,

your problem could be related to many different things; anyway:
[li]are those extensions you try to register to defined in CME?[/li]
[li]what is the TServer option disable_digits_collection  set to?[/li]
[li]what is the value of the TServer option max-registration-per-sec?[/li]
you might also want to check that the extn exists in the switch or is an extn type and not some other weird config.

My initial guess would be that that DN does not exist in your PBX or is not CTI-enabled. Check your PBX DN configuration.
