Not sure if anyone is using both GIS and CCPulse+ for montioring real-time but there appears to be a small dillema and I was hoping someone else had thought it through, previously;
GIS runs based on a reset of stats at 00:00 (via the default Time Profile) and calls for stats begin again, immediately following midnight.
An instance of CCPulse+ also resets at 00:00 (Also via the default Time Profile) but the first set of stats only comes out when the app. is run for the first time which can be at any (random) time during the next day.
So, as a single Client of the StatServer, GIS shows all calls, from midnight, based on some Daily Stats (Total Calls, etc.). As another Client of StatServer, CCPulse+ only starts counting the Daily Stats from when is first run. This means the count of Daily Stats are always higher in GIS.
Question is; How to ensure that GIS is picking up the same continuous Daily Stats as CCPulse? That is, only when CCPulse+ is started by the first User of the day, should GIS start to pick up the same Daily Stats. Is it possible to emulate the same StatServer Client for both CCPulse+ and GIS, so that both show the same counts within the stats, but only when the first instance of CCPulse+ is opened for that day?
Any pointers which do not include settings changes in the StatServer (old-stats-removal-interval is not an option, since we are trying to emulate the same count of stats with reference to one instance of the CCPulse+ Client (there are multiple instances of CCPulse+ running on the Network and we nee to emulate only one of them))
