CME Access Rights and Dependancies

Out of sheer lack of time im hoping that one of you has something similar to what I need...

I am in need of a document that lists what access in CME a user needs to perform specific tasks, ie;

Skill change - user needs access to CME, needs folder access to - Persons(write), Agent Groups(write), Skills(read). User will also have the access to perform ...

Does anybody by chance have this?
If not, I will create something then after some checking on here put it onto Pavel's wiki.

Cheers
Mark

Super Administrator rights give you the ability to do everything. We have actually setup access groups for the varous roles in our organization.  For example, supervisors can add, delete, and change skills on Agents but not do any other chagnes.  We have Call Center Management that can add Extensions, and Position ID, places, and assign DNs to places, but they cannot change Route Points.

To do this we first setup the access group, and then went into each Resource or folder and applied the permissions under the security tab.  Care should be taken because you could change the security settings to something you don't want.  I would recommend trying this in an environment where you can restore the config database should something bad happen.

Thanks Danalee, Im all good with Access Groups, its just that there is only a certain level of granularity you can go into in certain areas, one of which being agent config.
I have pretty much completed what I needed, without going into too much detail (thankfully!).

Supper Admin. need to have  CME password for User Name default.
This password can be shared only with couple people!
All other  users need to use personal User name /password.
