Hello,

one of the sites stopped receiving data from the other site during inter-site xfers done by URS.
Here is the excerpt from the log:

@19:53:58.6430 [ISCC] Debug: Received from connection SVSI21:3000[368]2
@19:53:58.6430 [ISCC] Trace: Received from server SIP_Pri@Cha_SIP_Switch/0/2/2: message ISCCRequestCancelCallDataXferService
ISCCAttributeCallDataXferType RouteNoToken
ISCCAttributeReferenceID 7012415 [006b003f]
ISCCAttributeTrackingID 7012682 [006b014a]
@19:53:58.6430 [ISCC] Debug: Transaction [D7012415]: deleted [origin:SIP_Pri@Cha_SIP_Switch controller:SIP_Pri@Cha_Switch device:9803 resource:2222]

What is it? We are using SIP Server 7.5 and router 7.2. I think this is due to misconfiguration of access number and external route point on our Cha SIP server. Can someone show how to correctly create an external route point on SIP server?

Sweating bullets here! :-[

  • You are using SIP Server and I get a strange feeling that your TCS is not initialized, but you have tcs-enabled set to true.

Check your tcs-enabled - it is supposed to be 'true' and make sure that tcs-queue contains RP.

Are you sure that you need to use TCS?

    Best regards,
    Vic

  • Here are the settings to get URS working on SIP server when you use SIP server:

    1. tcs-enabled = never
    2. define trunk for every access code to specify which IP address to send your INVITE to
    3. use remove-prefix to get rid of the access-code inside INVITE

I will try to post pics tomorrow!

    Bye!
