Does anyone have multiple CTI servers running against Link? Not multiple TServers... but rather different vendors. If so can you share your configuration options.
We are trying to bring an M1 up with Callpath, TServer and CCR on Link5C and we are seeing an array of problems. Our longterm goal is to replace the Callpath...but we need to coexist for about 6 months.
Thanks in advance.

  • I am confused. How can you have a CCR on a CTIenabled CDN?

A CDN can be controlled by either side of the link. It can have a CCR script written against it... in that case Genesys can't even monitor the DN. Or the CDN can have an IR script written against it. Most LINK lodules come as CoRes (Link/CCR) although the turnup of either side of the module is key code. If you are working at a site where they use CCR... screen pop works but forget Workforce and stats can only be mined at the ACD level for agents. The CDN is where you peg number of calls, abandons, service level, and ASA.
