Indicator for two step vs Single step transfer

Hello.

Does anyone know if there is an indicator in AIL 7.2 Agent Interaction SDK to distinquish between whether the method of delivering the client data to the Agent desktop is with 2step or singlestep transfer.

In the 2 step transfer method the call is put on hold, CPD waits for an available agent and transfers the call once one is available.  Because of this the Interaction status indicator is "CONSULT" and not Outbound which I am expecting.  This interaction status of CONSULT indicator is also used in the Transfer/Conference call option.  So the question is is there some another flag that I can use to help identify that it is an Outbound call in 2 step transfer mode and not a conference call/transfer.

Thanks,

  • Hi, perhaps this is the best answer, but user-data will contain keys starting with GSW_ in their names. Which are added only by OCS to outbound calls. OF course, it is possible for an outbound call to be delivered to one agent and then forwarded to some where else and still have that data...

There is always OtherDN, ThirdPartyDN or OtherQueue that you can use - they should have a value of a RP/Queue from where the call was sent to you, so you can decide if this is a transfer of outbound call or not.

I hope there are better ways to determine it thought...
