Dear all,

we were just informed that our Genesys CTI User Forum is mentioned on Genesys Better Interactions frontpage ( https://www.betterinteractions.com/default.aspx -- you will need to scroll down all the way to the bottom of the page).

This is is a very big day for all of us. We would like to thank each and everyone of you for transforming a text-based forum into the biggest Genesys user community outside Genesys site itself with thousands of posts on topics ranging from installing config server to developing a softphone with Platform SDK.

We hope that this additional exposure through Genesys site will further improve our abilities to share our knowledge and experience with each other as well as discuss and resolve Genesys-related questions and problems that all of us have to deal on on daily basis.

We would like to write more; however, we were told that there seem to be a problem with a database at one of our Genesys sites which makes our URS strategies to default!
