Hi Everyone,

Not sure if anyone attended yesterday's Genesys webinar, but we are slowly adopting the suggestions made to us in this forum. We had a session on WFM and focussed upon the new features and functionality included in the soon to be released version 7.6 and even gave some insight into the planned functionality in 8.0.

I will post a link to the downloadable version of this webinar soon. Hope you enjoy it and please keep the feedback coming. We are working through the other suggestions made to incorporate those too.

I tried viewing them, but could not get it to work. (I assume this is because we are using a proxy access through US, probably). Can you post the link?
