Authentification from a 3rd Party Application failed

Hi Guys,

since yesterday I have a strange situation here.
In a new Environment I implemented Genesys Integration Server 7.5 and used it successfully with a 3rd Party App called Agent Cockpit.

After the xmas holidays i came back to the customer to work again with the Environment, but since Yesterday, Agent Cockpit can't authorize any more. But I know i did not change anything in the Configurationoptions from the GIS. The Configserver denies the access, but I have no idea why.

Have you any ideas on what could happened? what permissions must a user for 3rd Party apps have?

kind regards

Hi,

There are several ideas why it doesn't work:

- expired licenses for GIS
- missing or disabled person in the configuration used by external application
- some changes were made on Agent Cockpit side that causes described issue

Is there any "interesting" in GIS log? Could you post it here?

René

thanks for your guesses, but non of them were right.

i am still searching.....maybe there is something deep down in genesys, where the bits and bytes are talking *scary music is playing* ;)

OK i know now where the problem was.
the oracle filesystem was full during the archive processes, so the database had not allowed any requests and the config server could not decide if the user was permitted or not.

so i learned that sometimes problems could also come from outside the genesys world  ::)
