How to report TotalTimeInTimeRange

Any ideas how to report TotalTimeInTimeRange? StatServer knows only TotalNumberInTimeRange.

Note, that we are not using CallConcentrator, but CCAnalyzer...

Hi,

I can´t understand in which situation you need a report TotalTimeIn TimeRange.
We also have the CCA running.

Is it possible for you to describe the situation where you need it??

  • Our customer wants to charge his services seconds based. The cost of the call (agent inbound talk time) is for example: the first minute 3000, the second 2900, third 2800, the rest 2700. Total cost of an call with 85 sec is then: 60*3000+25*2900. These costs can be calculated only if we know something like TotalTimeInTimeRange.
