Techie question...

I have 2 genesys environments and they both have a t-server to the same switch (alcatel OXE) which control different routepoints, etc...

I will install a GVP IPCS in front, connected via a SIP trunk to the alcatel OXE.

Will it be possible for GVP to provision IVR apps for both genesys environments? If the call arrives on GVP via the SIP trunk, how can I make the distinction for which environment the call is ment? Will I need more than 1 SIP trunk to the GVP?

On top of that, there also will be some "off-line" IVR apps. Meaning that the call will be routed directly to the GVP (on PBX level, not instructed by URS)

hope my question is a bit clear... :-\
